Six-Year GARNET Data Show Lasting Survival Benefits With Dostarlimab in Endometrial Cancer

Six-year follow-up data from the GARNET trial show that the immunotherapy drug Dostarlimab-gxly continues to provide durable benefits for patients with advanced or recurrent dMMR/MSI-H endometrial cancer who previously had limited treatment options after platinum-based chemotherapy.

At a median follow-up of nearly 69 months, the overall response rate remained 45.5%, while complete responses increased from 16.1% to 22.4%, indicating that some patients experienced deeper remissions over time. More than 73% of responses were still ongoing at six years, and the six-year overall survival rate reached 50.1%. Median duration of response and overall survival have not yet been reached, highlighting the long-lasting effect of treatment.

Conditional survival analysis showed that patients alive at two years had an 86% chance of surviving to year six. No new safety concerns emerged, and most side effects were mild, with severe treatment-related events remaining uncommon. These results support dostarlimab as a standard treatment for this patient population.
